This Harley Davidson Street Rod was brought to us because it had been fitted with a Dynojet Vision Box to fuel the open exhaust, the customer had also put in a baffle to quieten things down a bit, but he noticed there was a lot of popping and banging when letting off throttle.
We got the bike on the dyno but alas it would not start, thinking that there may have been a problem with the alarm (which we have had before) that was checked out but that was okay, so we removed the plugs and sure enough they were really sooted up, there was definitely over fuelling going on.
With the plugs clean, sure enough the bike started up straight away, so were then able to map the box to suit the exhaust set up and hopefully now the bike should be a bit more economical on fuel!
