Now here’s a shocker… everybody thinks Harleys are 54bhp tractors, but not this one – 75bhp! It’s an early fuel injected model and we reckon they slipped it out the back door while nobody was watching.
As far as getting the Power Commander spot on we did each cylinder individually; it didn’t have a lambda or any silly restriction to deal with so was able to do its job properly. The generic PC maps however weren’t much cop – lean as anything and covering both cylinders together.
We gave it fuel where it needed, went out and rode it and it was like a big velvet carpet. Lovely!
75bhp and a velvet carpet-like ride for this Hog… that’ll do!
