Race 675 Daytona PC III setup

By 14th February 2011On the Dyno, Race Bikes, Triumph

A patriotic Triumph Daytona 675 club race bike with a common problem; it had its Power Commander PC III set up with the emissions ‘open’ (not by us) so its map was completely wrong, with way too much fuel being delivered off the bottom. We’ve ‘closed’ the emissions and remapped it to cure the on/off throttle issues, leaning the fuel out down low and switching on the accelerator pump, adding fuel for mid-corner drive and a smoother transition.

A well turned out bike, now running like it should...
