The owner of this Aprilia was off abroad on a riding trip and felt that his bike wasn’t fuelling properly and was a bit snatchy. He’s been used to four cylinder engines – and we had a chat about the different feel of a V-twin – but honestly said he’d feel a lot better knowing it was OK.
It responded well to the PC V and custom map we built. There weren’t any major changes, just general trims tailored to the engine. At the end of it all, he just wanted to make sure it was sorted with the cans he had on and when it left us, it was.
Sometimes people just want peace of mind that their bike is OK: which was the case with this Tuono. A PC V and custom map sorted the job.
