The owner of this Moto Guzzi Norge was off to Scotland on a trip and found his way to us via a forum recommendation as we’ve ECU remapped a few Guzzis in the past and they turned out well. Basically anything with a Marelli ECU responds perfectly. When he turned up we had a long conversation about what he wanted – improved economy on his trip was the key thing (which we can do by leaning the fuel out a little in the ‘cruising’ area).
But we also can give it extra fuel through the accelerator pump for when you crack on the gas for an overtake.
So that’s what we did!
We like remapping Guzzis! Improved fuel economy was this customer’s requirements.
