The chap who owns this Ducati 696 had been let down by somebody at the last minute, so he rode all the way from Kent to us in Peterborough to have a Cordona PQ8 quickshifter adapted to fit his bike. He does track days with it and had added some nice bits; decent yokes and rearsets but also uses it all the time, in all weathers (he turned up here on one of the most miserable days ever…).

We’ve adapted a Cordona harness to fit certain Ducatis before. We also make it pluggable, and not spliced into the bike’s wiring loom and it makes for a real good job, with the Cordona ECU mounted neatly under the fuel tank. We then set it up on the Dyno and the beauty of the Cordona is its downright reliability and adjustability – you can have it just how you want it.

Ridden from Kent by a keen trackday enthusiast for a Cordona PQ8 quicksifter fit, and back again on a miserable January day. Respect!
