Lovely bike this. This is one of the first XJR13s we gave our BSD modded Power Commander to – and it’s back because when we fitted it we told the owner that his bike was very new, and to return it back with a few miles under its wheels so we could check the map.
Sure enough, we made some changes. We didn’t gain any real power, but managed to cut the fuelling down. Why you may well ask? Well because when the engine was tight it was working harder, so needed more fuel. As it’s now looser, it needs less. So he’s got better fuel economy and a PC with a more refined map.
