This Suzuki GSX-R750K5, the last of the single-injector models, was in for some Dyno time as the owner simply wasn’t happy with the bike’s performance, and was concerned that it was burning oil. The fuelling was a long way out so we fitted a Power Commander PC III (supplied by the owner), and trimmed it to suit. A test ride confirmed that all was well, and after a close inspection there were no signs of the engine burning any oil in the Dyno room. It came in making 128bhp at the rear wheel, and left with 133bhp, plus a clean bill of health.
An extra 5bhp at the rear wheel and a tidy power curve thanks to a Power Commander and some deft Dyno work!
