The owner of this Suzuki GSX-R600 had bought and fitted his own Power Commander, and then trotted over to us to get it setup. When we got started on it the thing was all over the place – the wiring for the ignition and primary and secondary butterfly valves were attached the wrong way around. We sorted it all out, and then blanked off the secondary air system and then mapped it on the Dyno; in the end the Dyno work on the engine compensated for the filter and exhaust changes the owner had made well.
