An ECU remap can make a big difference to a bike like Kawasaki’s latest all-conquering ZX-10R. These engines are bit lacking below 8,000rpm – especially with a can and filter on board – and we can fix all the problems built-in because of emissions and then fuel correctly. Pretty much all the owners say the same thing after the work: “it’s like a different bike…!” and we’ve done plenty of road and race remaps.

But there are still plenty of the older models around, and these respond well to some ECU fettling as well. As if to confirm that point Mat dropped us an email after picking up his Kwicker Kwaka…

Hi Mark and Gill,

The ZX10 feels incredible the difference is like night and day, has even made the handling feel lighter with the crisp engine response. Thanks no wonder your reputation is so strong within the biker community.

Many thanks,

Mat

Older ZX-10Rs benefit from an ECU remap too – not just the new ones.
