This Monster came in running baffled Termignonis with the cats still in place; our job, in this instance was to fine tune the overall package via an ECU remap. We switched off the lambdas and went from there – the owner said the bike runs fairly well anyway (he’s an old customer, and we’ve done every bike he’s owned in the past and found some sort of improvement…).
Due to time constraints (he lives in London) we put a modified map in, but weren’t happy with the results. He’s going to bring the bike back at his convenience and we’ll finish it off.
A more or less stock Monster, with an improved map over standard; we’re not happy, so it’s coming back for more fettling…
