This 2014 BMW R9T was booked in by it’s owner, who had fitted the full Akra system.
We now have the capabilities to plug into the ecu on this model, for previous bikes we had to rely on a power commander.
Accessing the ecu allows us to do so much more, switching off all the emission controls and even being able to switch off the service light.
Despite the awful weather, the customer went home knowing that the bike was now fuelling correctly and he gained a few more bhp.
