Shipping & Returns

Orders will be despatched by Royal Mail or courier. BSD will determine which is the most appropriate method and advise the customer.

BSD Returns Policy

Goods will not be accepted for a refund or exchange without the correct authorisation. Any goods returned without authorisation will be refused.

Only goods purchased directly from BSD will accepted for returns (proof of purchase required), and must be returned undamaged in original packaging.

All returns are subject to a re-stocking fee of 15% of the original purchase price, excluding vat and postage, with the customer being responsible for all relevant postage.

Shortages or damage must be reported within 14 days, faults must be reported as soon as they occur. BSD will inspect and test any products returned as faulty or damaged, with a refund or exchange being offered should the product be deemed faulty or damaged.

Special orders and goods made to customer specification will only be accepted for exchange if they are faulty. .
